Creation of new value, the diversion, or new applications for agri-processing waste products, by-products, or co-products.
Such As:
Capital Assets and Equipment: Equipment, software, and systems that create value from waste, sort materials for reuse, or convert organic material to energy.
Equipment Rental: Rented non-capital equipment for project completion.
Materials and Supplies: Ancillary components of equipment, including software, installation, and training for new equipment.
Professional Fees: Services for project feasibility, design, product characterization, validation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Subcontracted Services: Installation, testing, and facility changes related to eligible equipment.
Overhead: Fixed overhead for production operations (excluding management/admin costs), limited to 10% of total eligible expenses.
