The Strategic Field Program provides annual funding for field-level demonstration projects and targeted technology evaluations in primary production or value-added processing. The program aims to scale research-based innovations and support the ministry’s knowledge transfer initiatives for Saskatchewan producers.

Eligible funding may include:
• Field-based demonstrations that showcase new practices or technologies
• Applied research on scalable processing innovations
• Travel, materials, and staffing directly related to project delivery

Applications are evaluated and selected by the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF) Advisory Committee.
