This $10 million one-time payment fund offers direct financial assistance to tree fruit growers in British Columbia. It is designed to support growers who have been impacted by extreme weather, crop loss, and ongoing sector challenges over the past four years. The fund aims to enhance the long-term resilience, sustainability, and viability of the tree fruit industry.

Eligible funding may include:
• Infrastructure upgrades and investments in essential farm equipment
• Wage support and debt repayment to relieve operational pressures
• Training and development programs to strengthen the workforce

The program provides targeted recovery funding based on eligible acreage to help stabilize and future-proof BC’s tree fruit sector.
