Local Food Infrastructure Fund
The Local Food Infrastructure Fund (LFIF) funds projects that strengthen food security and access to culturally relevant food by supporting the production, storage, and distribution of local food.
Eligible funding may support:
• Equipment to grow, harvest, or produce food
• Infrastructure to process, store, and distribute food
• Projects led by or serving equity-deserving communities
These activities aim to increase community access to local, healthy food options.

• Equipment for growing, harvesting, and producing food
• Infrastructure for food processing, storage, and transportation
• Community-led initiatives promoting culturally appropriate food systems
Additional activities may be eligible if they align with the program’s objectives.
