This program supports producers and agri-entrepreneurs in building strong business foundations through strategic planning and targeted training. It promotes improved farm management practices and long-term success in New Brunswick’s agricultural sector.

Eligible funding may include:
• Development of business plans, succession plans, and marketing strategies
• Training for farm managers and employees in areas such as finance, HR, innovation, and production
• Workshops or mentorships that enhance business acumen and operational decision-making

Other activities that support strategic farm business growth may also be eligible.
