Building Envelope, Lighting, Ventilation
This program supports energy-saving and GHG-reducing assessments and upgrades for new and existing agri-food and agri-product production and office areas. It also covers improvements that are not eligible through other provincial or federal funding programs.
Eligible funding may include:
• Building envelope upgrades
• Lighting system improvements
• Ventilation and air exchange system enhancements
• Office area retrofits with energy efficiency outcomes
This funding stream enables unique and customized upgrades that improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact.

Upgrades to production and office areas that improve energy efficiency and reduce GHG emissions, including:
• HVAC system improvements and walk-in cooler/freezer upgrades
• High-efficiency equipment conversions and water heater upgrades
• Energy audits, assessments, and consultation services not provided by Manitoba Hydro
Additional eligible items may apply based on individual project needs
