Resiliency and Public Trust
This program helps stakeholders in Alberta’s agriculture and agri-food sectors build resilience and strengthen public trust. It supports education on industry best practices, development of assurance systems, and initiatives that address environmental, social, and economic risks. Funding is available for both capital and non-capital projects that promote transparency, safety, and sector confidence.
Eligible funding may include:
• Sustainability assessments, food safety protocols, and risk mitigation strategies
• Education programs, career outreach, and public awareness campaigns
• Verification standards and governance enhancements across the supply chain

Other activities may be eligible if approved by the Minister and aligned with program objectives.
