Labour Force Management Strategies

This initiative funds pilot projects that address labour force challenges in the agri-food sector. Eligible applicants include primary producers and producer associations implementing creative workforce solutions.

Eligible funding may support:
• New recruitment campaigns or partnerships
• Pilot programs for workforce onboarding or retention
• Attraction initiatives targeting underrepresented groups

These activities help stabilize the workforce and improve long-term labour availability in agriculture.
